Scott
T. Carey
Chairman & General Counsel

Scott, a fourth generation Californian, is Chairman of the Board and General
Counsel for Cornish & Carey Commercial. He holds a B.A. and L.L.D.
from the University of California at Berkeley.
From 1955 until 1958, he served as a pilot in the United States Air Force.
After graduating from Boalt School of Law at Berkeley, he was admitted
to the State of California Bar and the U.S. District Court - Northern
District of California in 1962. In 1976, he was admitted to the United
States Supreme Court.
Scott joined Cornish & Carey in 1968 and has concentrated on commercial
real estate transactions since that time. He has served as President and
CEO of both the Residential and Commercial companies. In addition to real
estate brokerage, he has developed both residential and commercial property
and has extensive experience in negotiating with governmental agencies
for the entitlement or re-entitlement of undeveloped land, including a
100-acre residential subdivision in Lafayette and a 100-acre redevelopment
project for Sun Microsystems.
Scott was a Palo Alto City Councilman from 1975 to 1979 and served as
the Mayor of Palo Alto during his tenure.
He was an organizer and the attorney for the Economic Opportunity Council
of Northern Santa Clara County, a member of the Santa Clara County Land
Use Commission, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Woodside
Priory School in Portola Valley.
He currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the Berkeley
Center for Law, Business and the Economy. The Centers goal is to research,
teach and advise on the inter-relationships and impacts of the law, business
and the economy, working with U.C. Berkeley’s Law School, Business
School, their students and faculty, as well as the public.

Charles
E. Seufferlein

Chuck Seufferlein has been actively involved in the commercial real estate
industry since 1975. He began his career with Coldwell Banker Commercial
in San Jose as a sales professional. During his ten years with Coldwell
Banker, he transacted some of Silicon Valley's most significant deals.
Chuck's experience during those years positioned him to become the Northern
California President for The Sammis Development Company in 1985. During
his six years as the President and Partner at The Sammis Company, Chuck
acquired and developed a multitude of projects throughout the Bay Area
totaling over three million square feet. He oversaw project designation
and design, asset management and construction management, new acquisitions,
and marketing of all projects. He continues to manage and develop projects
as a Managing Partner for CAP Associates. In 1991 he rejoined the now
CB Commercial brokerage company to head up the Silicon Valley office as
Senior Vice President/Managing Officer. His responsibilities also included
Regional Bay Area efforts for business development and recruitment. He
was awarded the J. Frank Mahoney Leadership Award for Management Excellence
in both 1992 and 1993 by the Board of Directors of CB Commercial. In October
of 1995, Chuck joined Cornish & Carey Commercial as Executive Vice President
and Partner. In January 2000, the Board of Directors appointed him Chief
Executive Officer. In June 2002, the Board of Directors appointed him
President & CEO.
Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from California State
University Chico and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from
the University of Santa Clara. He currently serves on the World Board
of ONCOR International, the Advisory Board of Directors for the College
of Business at California State University, Chico, the Board of Directors
of C&C Capital, and the Board of Directors of Cornish & Carey
Commercial.
A California native, he and his wife Sylvia and their three children make
their home in Los Altos Hills.

Erik
Doyle
President

Erik joins Cornish & Carey as President and will focus his attention
and efforts on expanding the already strong regional Investment Sales
and leasing business. Erik’s impressive background comes with over
20 years of brokerage experience and development. As an Executive Vice
President at CBRE, Erik was the top producer in Silicon Valley from 2004
to 2007, and the top producer for the region in 2007. A member of the
Colbert Coldwell Circle, he was nationally one of the top sales professionals
in CBRE’s Institutional Investment Group.
From 1998 through 2003 Erik was an Executive Vice President and Principal
at Deerfield Realty Corporation. From 1984 through 1997, he was a Senior
Vice President at Fox and Carskadon Commercial and Senior Vice President/
Principal at CPS, The Commercial Property Services Company. During his
career, Erik has been involved with sales of over 22 million square feet
of property and more than 700 acres of land with a value in excess of
$5.8 billion.
During his tenure with CB Richard Ellis, Erik, his partners and team closed
nearly $7.2 billion of real estate transactions and actively worked on
an additional $1.1 billion. Clients have included BlackRock Realty, ING
Clarion, Peery Arrillaga, RREEF, Myers Development, The Carlyle Group,
Cousins Properties Incorporated, TA Associates, TIAA, Rockwood Capital,
JMA Properties, Archon Group, Sprear Street Capital, Embarcadero Capital
Partners, Equity Office, Deerfield Realty Corporation, Lincoln Property
Company, Cornerstone Properties, First Industrial, and Kaiser Family Foundation.
Erik, along with CEO Chuck Seufferlein, will focus on Cornish & Carey’s
strategic plan implementation which will include further expansion, growth,
and market penetration. C&C already boasts ten offices in the Northern
California market and is a California leader and consistent top producer
in the commercial real estate market.
Erik holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
He was the 2006 and 2007 Investment Broker of the Year for ASVB and is
a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Belden Real Estate Club of
California. He and his wife Leslie have two boys, Zack and Easton and
make their home in Portola Valley.

Jay Belquist
Chief Financial Officer

Jay joined Cornish & Carey Commercial ("C&C") in Sept.
2000 as Senior VP and Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for accounting,
finance, marketing and information technology. At that time, he also co-created
and currently manages the Financial Advisory Group within Client Solutions,
the corporate real estate practice division with C&C. As head of the
Financial Advisory Group, he advises C&C's clients on determining
optimal real estate-based, financial and transactional methodologies.
This includes structuring and financial engineering real estate transactions
aimed at maximizing critical benefits including cash flow, GAAP/financial
statement reporting and capital development.
Client Solutions specializes in tenant representation and exclusively
services the multi-market, strategic and facility management needs of
clients such as BEA Systems, California Lottery, PDL Biopharma, Tellme
Networks, Palm, ArthroCare, Downey Brand, Credence Systems, Pinnacle Systems,
MIPS, SGI and Greater Bay Bank.
Jay is also Executive VP and Chief Financial Officer of Cornish &
Carey Capital, an affiliate of C&C, which specializes in all areas
of commercial real estate finance. Since its inception in May 2005, C&C
Capital has closed over $3 Billion in structure debt financing primarily
on the U.S. West Coast.
Prior to joining Cornish & Carey, Jay was Director and regional head
of Cushman & Wakefield's Financial Consulting Group where he was responsible
for strategy, marketing, sales and delivery of real estate-based financial
consulting.
Before Cushman & Wakefield, he spent over six years at Price Waterhouse,
LLP, where he was a manager in the Real Estate Industry Services Group
providing accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services to real estate
companies involved in portfolio and asset management, property management,
construction management, hotel and resort operation and real estate development.
Throughout his 17 year career in real estate, Jay has been involved in
numerous portfolio consulting assignments – some of which were individually
in excess of 1.0 million square feet for companies such as U.S. West,
AT&T Broadband, Coca-Cola & Dermody Property/CalPERs. He also
has been involved in leasing and sales transactions in excess of $2.5
billion. Besides numerous successful advisory assignments, his closed
transaction list includes the largest individual real estate deals in
the Bay Area - 4 of the last 7 years – deals in excess of 1.25 million
square feet.
Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business from the Leeds
Business School and the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he currently
sit on the Board of Directors.
He is a licensed State of California Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
and Real Estate Salesperson. In 2007 he was recognized by the San Jose
Business Journal as one of “40 under the Age of 40 of Silicon Valley’s
intellectual and managerial talent” to watch in Bay Area business.

Michael
R. Brand

Mike joined Cornish & Carey Commercial in 1972 following an eight-year
career as a Regional Sales Manager for Motorola Communications in Northern
California. He immediately established himself as a successful salesperson
by earning the trust of the local real estate developers and major corporations
in their search for land and lease facilities. Many of the major business
parks in Santa Clara County were assembled by him: Fair Oaks and Oakmead
in Sunnyvale, Marriott, San Tomas and Mission in Santa Clara, as well
as Orchard Park, River Oaks, and Oakmead in San Jose.
His professional and skillful approach to client representation has earned
him the prestigious Silicon Valley “Broker of the Year” Award
five times. In 2001, Mike was elected “Land Broker of the Year”
by the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers for land sales that totaled
in excess of $500,000,000.00. He was elected into the South Bay Brokers
“Hall of Fame” in 1991. He was promoted to Partner and Executive
Vice-President with Cornish & Carey Commercial in 1977.
Mike founded the Corporate/Institutional Services division of Cornish &
Carey Commercial in 1989 to better serve the major clients’ needs
for a broader level of real estate services. In conjunction with the ONCOR
affiliation, he has completed consulting assignments and a number of major
transactions for his local clients outside of “Silicon Valley.”
He specializes in land site acquisitions and dispositions, major lease requirements,
and build-to-suits. During his career, Mike has sold over 6,000 acres,
80% of which has been in the Silicon Valley. He has also negotiated over
19,000,000 square feet of lease and built-to-suit transactions and improved
property investment sales that exceed One Billion dollars in total sales
volume. The total dollar value of all of his major transactions exceeds
Five Billion dollars.
Mike is also a General Partner in a real estate development firm that has
constructed over 1,550,000 square feet of commercial, industrial, and
research and development buildings in the Silicon Valley. His partnerships
currently retain approximately 550,000 square feet of leaseable space.
This development expertise is an invaluable asset for client representations,
which center around entitling property for build-to-suit based transactions
or sites for acquisition or disposition, whether improved or unimproved.
Mike is an active member of the Association of South Bay Brokers (ASVB)
and the NAIOP, which is funded by the majority of the nation’s largest
corporations and developers. He is one of only a few service providers
invited to be part of the NAIOP “strategic real estate” committee.
Major Fortune 500 corporations such as IBM, Sun Microsystems, Cisco, Intel,
National Semiconductor, and Westinghouse, as well as many local major
corporations and developers, have retained his services and relied on
his expertise to solve their larger, more complex real estate needs.

Howard E. Dallmar

Howard Dallmar is an Executive Vice President of Cornish & Carey Commercial,
specializing in representing corporations and property owners in the acquisition
and disposition of office and research and development properties. Specifically,
"Howie" specializes in properties between Sunnyvale, to the south, and
San Mateo, to the north.
Howie has distinguished himself as one of the premier real estate agents
in the San Francisco Peninsula area for over twenty years. For fifteen
of his last sixteen years he has received from Cornish & Carey Commercial,
its prestigious top performer award for achievement that underscores his
abilities and achievements. Howie was awarded the Office Broker of the
Year by the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB) in 1998, 1999,
2001, 2002 and 2003. In 1998, he was inducted into the ASVB’s Hall of
Fame.
Howie has represented some of the most prestigious business entities in
his career of over 1,150 transactions, totaling in excess of 14.5 million
square feet. Among his clients are Mozart Development Company, Metropolitan
Life, Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, and Stanford University.
Prior to joining Cornish & Carey Commercial, Howie was an account
executive for Minnesota Mining & Manufacturing Company.
A San Francisco Peninsula native, Howie grew up in Menlo Park, where he
currently resides with his wife and two children. He received his degree
in Business Administration from Pepperdine University where he played
Varsity Basketball for the Pepperdine team. After graduation, he played
professionally for a European team in Geneva, Switzerland.

Bob has maintained a top performer’s position at Cornish & Carey
Commercial since joining the San Mateo office in 1986. As a leader in
the San Mateo County commercial market, he was promoted to Sales Manager
of the San Mateo office in 1997. In January 2003, Bob was appointed Executive
Vice President and Board Member of Cornish & Carey Commercial.<p>In
his 21 years of working in the real estate industry, Bob has completed
over 650 lease and sales transactions and represented some of the Peninsula’s

Bradley Lyman

"Brad" Lyman joined Cornish & Carey Commercial in November 1980, after
having begun his real estate career (and being the Top Rookie Performer)
with CB Commercial in June 1979. He was the top producer for Cornish &
Carey for all but 2 years (finishing 2nd in each of those years) for the
span 1981 through 1988. He was appointed to Executive Vice President,
thereby negating future rankings within the Company.
During his 24-year commercial real estate career he has been involved
in approximately $3.8 Billion of lease transactions and approximately
$140 Million in sales transactions. The Association of South Bay Brokers
named him to the Hall of Fame in 1993. Brad has been, and continues to
be, involved in representing many large corporations in Silicon Valley,
most notably Apple Computer, Varian, Xerox Corporation, etc., and law
firms, Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe, Morrison & Foerster, McDermott,
Will and Emery, and Baker & McKenzie. In addition, he devotes much
time to working with owners of many office and research & development
buildings in the Mountain View/Palo Alto/Menlo Park area.
For the five years prior to working in commercial real estate, Brad was
the director of advertising/promotion for the distributor of Adidas products
for the 13 western states. Prior to that, Brad played 1 year of professional
football for the Houston Oilers before retiring due to a knee injury.
Brad is a 1972 graduate of UCLA. He is married, has three children and
is very active in the community.

Philip A. Mahoney

Phil Mahoney, one of the most successful service providers at Cornish
& Carey, earned his degree in economics at Stanford University where
he played varsity football. A native of Boston, he and his wife, Kelly,
and three children now make their home in Los Altos Hills.
Phil’s education and experience in the intensely competitive world
of intercollegiate athletics helped prepare him for his career in commercial
brokerage. He brings to his clients a unique knowledge, perspective, and
awareness of the successful technology markets serving the Boston Area
and the Santa Clara Valley.
In his 24th straight year among Cornish & Carey Commercial’s
elite list of top five producers, Phil has negotiated over 750 transactions
totaling approximately 35 million square feet of space valued at over
$10 billion. In 1995 - 2000 and 2006, with over 1.6 million, 1.8 million,
1.8 million, 1.6 million, 2.4 million, 6 million, and 3.8 million square
feet worth of transactions, respectively, he was the top square footage
producer in all of the Silicon Valley. Having been nominated for eleven
straight years, Phil was named “Broker of the Year” for all
of Silicon Valley for 1989, 1993, 1996, 1999, 2000, 2005 and 2006. In
1995, he became one of the few “Hall of Fame” brokers of the
Valley as elected by his peers. The San Jose Business Journal rated Phil
the “#1 Broker” for all of Silicon Valley from 1999-2001 and
again in 2004 and 2006. Phil was the top producing broker in the nation
in 2000 with 6 million square feet of transaction totaling $2.8 billion.
In 2006, Phil again led Silicon Valley by being involved in a combined

Randolph Scott

Randy Scott received a Bachelor of Arts, Economics degree from the University
of California at Berkeley in 1979 where he is a fourth generation U.C.
Berkeley graduate.
Randy joined Cornish & Carey Commercial in 1984 as an Office &
R&D leasing specialist where, as an agent, he has achieved unparalleled
company success to date. He has been responsible for negotiating over
1,600 transactions representing $8.0 billion. In 1992, 1994, 1996, 1997,
1998, 1999 and 2000 he was honored as the ASVB R&D Broker of the Year
(Association of Silicon Valley Brokers – 720 agents). From 1991
through 2004 Randy was the number one agent company wide (200 agents).
In 2004, he was promoted to partner and Executive Vice President, where
he was the number one producer within the company. Randy also has been
named to Cornish & Carey’s “Top Ten Performer” list
twenty-two of his twenty-four years with the company.
Randy has developed unequaled experience working with early stage Life
Science and high-tech companies in structuring appropriate facility strategies
throughout the Bay Area. Competitive and focused, Randy’s outstanding
real estate performance has earned him an induction into the ASVB Hall
of Fame, which comprises a total of only 30 recipients since its inception
in 1980.
Randy is involved in competitive tennis and in 1990 was ranked #1 in doubles
and #2 in singles for Men’s 30 and Older Division for Northern California.
Randy resides in Palo Alto with his wife, Cindy, and their two young children.

Jack
Troedson

Jack is an Executive Vice President and Principal at Cornish & Carey Commercial,
as well as the Co-Manager of the Palo Alto office. With 25 years of commercial
real estate experience at Cornish & Carey Commercial, he specializes in
office, R&D property leasing and sales in the South San Mateo/Santa Clara
County areas.
In 1999, Jack was named to the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers'
prestigious Hall of Fame. The award honors his career accomplishments
and recognizes him as truly one of the top commercial real estate professionals
in the area.
Prior to becoming a Principal in 2000, Jack was a Top Ten performer for
twelve consecutive years. This is quite an accomplishment considering
that Cornish & Carey Commercial is the largest regional brokerage firm
in the area with over 200 agents in ten offices.
Jack Troedson received a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing in
1979 from San Diego State University.
He is married, has four daughters and resides in Portola Valley. In addition
to coaching numerous youth sports teams, he has previously served on various
school boards in the area.
